Stump
Removal
We do this by mechanical
means, using a self propelled grinding machine. The machine will
grind out the stump down to 12 inches below ground, level if needed.
The stump will end up as woodchip which we can either remove and
leave as a level mound where the stump existed or we can rake
up the chippings and remove.
The machines we use
vary from tractor mounted grinders to machines designed for narrow
entrances, primarily garden gateways.
